Terms And Conditions


These terms and conditions describe your rights and obligations, as well as our obligations to you, that apply when purchasing, ordering, crediting or shipping a product from the distributor Singtrix AB via this website www.singtrix.eu, if you are a customer with a Swedish address. If you are a customer with an address outside of Sweden but within the EU, Iceland, Norway or Switzerland, these terms and conditions shall apply in addition to any mandatory statutory consumer rights you may enjoy in your home country. Please contact your local European Consumer Centre for free advice and support on the mandatory consumer rights in your country.


At present these terms and conditions are available only in two languages, English s and Swedish. You should make sure that you fully understand these terms and conditions before you make a purchase from us.

Pricing and payment

We accept the following payment methods for web orders:

  • payment via Paypal

  • Once we have approved your payment, we will send you an order confirmation to the e- mail address you provided upon order or, If your order does not go through, it could be due to any the following: we are out of supply of the product you ordered; something went wrong when confirming the price or the product in question; or your payment was not approved.


    We recommend that you always print and save a copy of your order for future reference when contacting us.


    In case of late payment on your part, interest will accrue in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act (Sw. räntelagen), where doing so is allowed by law.


    Shipping and delivery

    We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 days, if to an address within Sweden, and within 5-7 days to other addresses (if we have the product in stock). If for some reason we are unable to deliver your order in time, we will contact you without delay.


    Shipping and packaging costs will be added. These costs vary depending on the product in question and your shipping address. We will quote them in connection with the price of the product.


    Duties, costs and conditions for shipping and delivery are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for stock going out of supply.


    Exchanges, refunds, returns & cancellations

    Refunds

    We do not allow refunds other than your limited, statutory right as a consumer to cancel or withdraw your purchase under the Swedish Door-to-Door Sales Act (Sw. distansköplagen 2005:59) or, if you are a consumer in another EU country, under your country’s equivalent law implementing the EU Directive on Consumer Rights. After this time, all sales are final. Please see “The consumer’s right to cancel a purchase when ordering over the Internet” below.


    The consumer’s right to cancel a purchase when ordering over the Internet If you wish to cancel or withdraw an order you have made via this website and return the unused product to us, you must contact us within fourteen (14) days of delivery and notify us that you wish to exercise your statutory right as a consumer to cancel your order. You may contact us by e-mail support@singtrix.eu, or by sending a letter to Singtrix AB, c/o Adminex Redovisning HB, Box 2849, 187 28 Täby, SWEDEN. We will then get in touch with you and instruct you further on how to return the product to us. It is very important that you notify us within 14 days; after this time, you lose your consumer statutory right to cancel.


    Please note that you have the right to examine the delivered product, but it must be returned to us in substantially unchanged condition—i.e., as-new and complete with all packaging. If you purchased the product via this website, you must pay any return shipping costs yourself. If you have cancelled your order within the timeframe stated above, we will repay you the price of the product plus any shipping or delivery costs applicable when you ordered the product (except your costs for returning the product) at most 14 days from your cancellation notice.


    Complaints, defects and repairs

    Should you discover that the product is defective or faulty in the sense regulated by the Swedish Consumers Purchases Act (Sw. konsumentköplagen) or the equivalent consumer rights laws in your home country, you must file a complaint with us within a reasonable length of time from when you discovered the defect. You must file your complaint with us by e-mail to support@singtrix.eu. You must explain why you believe the product is defective. For customers within the EU, once two years (or the longer time stipulated by your home country’s mandatory consumer protection laws) have passed from the date of purchase, you lose your right to claim. Please contact your local European Consumer Centre for details on the mandatory minimum claim period in your country.


    If the product indeed proves faulty or defective, we reserve the right either to offer to repair the product for free or to exchange it for an equivalent product at no cost to you, as long as we are able to do so within a reasonable timeframe and at no additional inconvenience to you. Other alternatives may be available to you under your home country’s consumer protection laws. Please contact your local European Consumer Centre for details.


    Governing law

    Swedish law governs all purchases, orders, crediting and deliveries of a product from Singtrix AB via this website, if you are a consumer with a Swedish address. Swedish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.


    If, on the other hand, you have an address in another country, the laws applicable in that country may apply instead. If you are a consumer with an address in another EU country, Iceland, Norway or Switzerland, courts in your country shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes that may arise from your purchase.


    In all countries other than the ones listed above and to the extent permitted by law, Swedish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, with Stockholm County Court (Sw. Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.


    The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply to purchases, orders, crediting or deliveries of a product from Singtrix AB via this website.


    Miscellaneous

    We are not responsible for any typographical errors, price adjustments or product changes.


    We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. By your continued use of this website after such amendment, you are deemed to have accepted the amendment. It is your responsibility to regularly check if these terms and conditions have been amended.


    The invalidity or unenforceability of a term herein shall not entail the invalidity of the remaining terms and conditions.


    Personal data and data protection

    Singtrix AB serves as data controller for the handling of personal data on the website www.singtrix.eu When you order a product from us, your personal information is saved and stored in our customer registry, among other places. Such personal data may be used for our customer database, among other things.
